1983年5月9日,石河子市某畜牧队销售病死牛肉,居民食后有300余人中毒发病,住我院80人,均具有典型的内毒素中毒症状。细菌学检查证实系鼠伤寒沙门氏菌中毒。经抢救治疗全部康复。考虑到本起中毒发病人数多,毒力较强(食一、二片肉即中毒)我们作了某些细菌学实验观察。探求与常见菌株的毒力有否差异。一.直接涂片检查:取生牛肾肾盂及卤牛肉内切面直接涂片,查见较多 G~-杆菌及少量 G~+球菌,G~+杆菌。
