采用Eijkelkamp土壤采样器对北京东南郊区进行了钻探剖面采样,取样深度为6.0 m,取样位置从表土开始,每间隔0.5 m采集一个土样,分析了土壤包气带介质样品的理化参数,并采用HA/FA、HA/TOC和碱提取液的吸光度法测定土壤的腐殖化度,研究了理化参数和腐殖化度垂向变化规律。结果表明,腐殖化度的3个指标之间在0.01水平显著相关,因此可用吸光度这种简便的方法替代l g(HA/FA)、HA/TOC应用于松散沉积层包气带垂向剖面腐殖化度研究;土壤包气带介质的有机碳含量和腐殖化度与粘粒含量、粘土矿物总量、CEC有明显的相关关系,除TOC与l g(HA/FA)、HA/TOC在0.05水平相关,其它指标均在0.01水平显著相关,据此推断,土壤结构组成,特别是粘粒含量是影响土壤垂向剖面有机碳含量和腐殖化度变化的一个重要因素,其影响可能高于土壤有机质初始含量和沉积年代。
The Eijkelkamp soil sampler was used to sample the drilling profile in the southeastern suburb of Beijing. The sampling depth was 6.0 m. The sampling location was from the topsoil. One soil sample was collected at intervals of 0.5 m. The physical and chemical parameters of the media sample in the soil entrained zone were analyzed. HA / FA, HA / TOC and alkaline extract were used to determine the degree of humification of soil. The vertical variation of physical and chemical parameters and humification degree were studied. The results showed that the three indicators of humification degree were significantly correlated with each other at the level of 0.01. Therefore, lg (HA / FA) could be replaced by a simple and convenient method using absorbance, and HA / TOC was applied to loose sedimentary layer of aeolian vertical cross-section rot The degree of humification and the organic carbon content and degree of humification in the medium with soil entrained zone are obviously related to clay content, clay mineral content and CEC. In addition to TOC and lg (HA / FA), HA / TOC 0.05, and other indexes were significantly correlated at 0.01 level. Based on this, it is concluded that the composition of soil structure, especially the clay content, is an important factor affecting the variation of soil organic carbon content and humification degree in the vertical profile of soil, and its influence may be high Soil organic matter in the initial content and sedimentary age.
