多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)作为一种良好的防火溴系阻燃剂(BFRs),广泛应用于各种家用和电子工业产品。近年来,PBDEs及其代谢物已在各种环境介质和生物体中被广泛检出。在结合国内外相关研究基础上,本文综述PB-DEs及其代谢物的内分泌干扰活性,其影响引起了较严重的甲状腺内分泌干扰作用。为评价PBDEs及其代谢物对甲状腺疾病的危害,需加强其内分泌干扰活性机制及具有同类型作用模式的PBDEs及其代谢物定量结构-活性关系的研究。
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), as a good fire-resistant brominated flame retardant (BFRs), are widely used in various household and electronic industrial products. In recent years, PBDEs and their metabolites have been widely detected in various environmental media and organisms. Based on the relevant research both at home and abroad, this article reviews the endocrine disrupting activity of PB-DEs and its metabolites, and its effects cause more serious thyroid endocrine disruption. To assess the harm of PBDEs and their metabolites to thyroid diseases, we need to study the mechanisms of their endocrine disrupting activity and the quantitative structure-activity relationship of PBDEs and their metabolites with the same type of action pattern.
