目的:探讨掌叶覆盆子提取物的温肾助阳作用。方法:选取来自实验动物中心的大鼠与小鼠为研究对象,各40只,分别构建大鼠肾虚证动物模型与小鼠肾阳虚证模型,随机划分为模型组与覆盆子提取物组,观察覆盆子提取物的温肾助阳功效。结果:覆盆子提取物组的阴茎勃起潜伏期短于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);覆盆子提取物组的体温、体重、低温游泳存活时间及自主活动次数均优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:覆盆子提取物增强了去势大鼠阴茎对外部刺激的兴奋性,提高了模型动物的耐寒与耐疲劳能力,增加了其自主活动次数,因此,覆盆子提取物具有显著的温肾助阳功效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of warming kidney and promoting yang of raspberry extract of palm leaf. Methods: Rats and mice from the experimental animal center were selected as the research object, each 40 rats were used to establish animal model of kidney deficiency and kidney-yang deficiency model of mice, respectively. The rats were randomly divided into model group and raspberry extract group, Observation of raspberry extract warm kidney yang effect. Results: The incubation period of penile erection in raspberry extract group was shorter than that in model group (P <0.05). The body temperature, body weight, swimming time at cryogenic temperature and frequency of spontaneous activity in raspberry extract group were better than those in model group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Raspberry extract can enhance the extrinsic excitability of the penis in ovariectomized rats and improve the cold tolerance and fatigue resistance of the model animals, and increase the number of spontaneous activity. Therefore, the extract of raspberry has significant effects of warm kidney Yang effect.
