兵员质量是部队质量建设的重要方面,传统的兵员征集方式存在不足.基于胜任力模型的兵员征集模式,将注重个人特质和动机水平,提倡人岗匹配,重在考察候选者的职业发展潜力,能够最大程度地帮助部队征集到最适合部队发展需要、最具发展潜力的优秀人才进入部队工作.
