ＷＴＯ有关电讯服务的协议，属于服务贸易总协定的组成部分。本文对电讯服务贸易 的几个重点问题最惠国待遇、市场准入、国民待遇等作一番分析，并以此来审视《中华人 民共和国电信条例》的关系。
The WTO agreement on telecommunications services is part of the General Agreement on Trade in Services. This article analyzes the most-favored-nation treatment, market access and national treatment of several key issues of telecommunications service trade and examines the relationship between the “Telecommunications Regulations of the People’s Republic of China”.
