采用菌丝生长速率法测定了大花金鸡菊(Coreopsis grandiflora Hogg.)花的乙醇提取物及其各萃取层对几种常见植物病原真菌的抑制活性,为其综合开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明:浓度为5 000 mg/L时,大花金鸡菊花乙醇提取物对苹果腐烂病菌、番茄绵疫病菌和葡萄白腐病菌的抑制作用较好,抑制率分别为100.0%,95.1%和94.3%。提取物不同溶剂萃取物中,正己烷层和乙酸乙酯层的抑菌活性较高。正己烷层对苹果腐烂病菌的EC50为730 mg/L;乙酸乙酯层对苹果腐烂病菌和葡萄白腐病菌的EC50分别为520 mg/L和990 mg/L。
The inhibitory activity of ethanol extract of Coreopsis grandiflora Hogg. And its extracts on several common phytopathogenic fungi was determined by mycelial growth rate method to provide a scientific basis for its comprehensive utilization. The results showed that the ethanol extracts of Artemisia selengensis at concentrations of 5 000 mg / L had a good inhibitory effect on the pathogen Phallotoxin, Phytophthora capsici and Gramshoots, with the inhibitory rates of 100.0%, 95.1% and 94.3% respectively %. The extracts of different solvents, n-hexane layer and ethyl acetate layer antibacterial activity higher. The EC50 of n-hexane to apple-rot pathogen was 730 mg / L. The EC50 of ethyl acetate layer to apple-rot pathogen and grape-white rot fungus was 520 mg / L and 990 mg / L, respectively.
