目的:分析苍南四季柚果皮挥发油成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取四季柚果皮挥发油,用气质联用(GC-MS)法对挥发油成分进行分析,色谱柱为HP-5MS毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出58个组分,经NIST谱库检索,鉴定了其中52个化合物。分离出四季柚果皮挥发油主要成分有:D-柠檬烯47.51%、β-月桂烯(18.63%)、努特卡酮(14.66%)、喇叭茶萜醇(2.09%)、β-蒎烯(2.03%)。结论:对四季柚果皮挥发性成分的研究,为进一步开发利用提供了依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile oil composition of Cangnan Siji pomelo peel. Methods: The volatile oil from the peel of Citrus grandis was extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The column was HP-5MS capillary column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm). The identified compounds were identified by the technique and the relative percentage of each component was calculated using the chromatographic peak area normalization method. Results: A total of 58 components were isolated and 52 compounds were identified by NIST library search. The main components of volatile oil from the peel of Citrus grandis were as follows: D-limonene 47.51%, β-myrcene (18.63%), utcatone (14.66%), catechol (2.09%), β-pinene (2.03%) ). Conclusion: The study on the volatile components of the peel of Citrus grandis provides a basis for further development and utilization.
