自单克隆抗体的杂交瘤技术创立以来,导向放免显像技术已有了很大进展,除被用以测定原发癌灶的部位、形状、大小外,还可确定有无肿瘤转移灶或复发灶,尤适用于消化系肿瘤的诊断。目前已发展到单克隆抗体片段的应用和单克隆抗体联合应用等研究阶段。导向放免技术的治疗作用也在研究中。单克隆抗体的灵敏性、特异性和稳定性等技术问题,以及人免球单抗的选取尚有待研究提高。
