日本的建设产业1988年就业人数达540万,占全部就业人数的9%,建设投资占国民总生产的17%多。对建设投资依存度较大的产业是非金属矿产业为86.3%,其次是窑业为66.7%,再次是制材及木制品为65.1%。1987年日本建设市场规模达61万亿日元,约占世界建设市场的1/4。为适应国内外市场竞争的形势,现在日本建设产业正努力向着产业结构高度化、充满魅力与活力、适应国民需要的目标发展。具体措施主要体现
Japan’s construction industry employed 5.4 million people in 1988, accounting for 9% of the total employment, while construction investment accounted for more than 17% of the total national production. Industries that are more dependent on investment in construction are non-metallic mineral products with 86.3%, followed by kilns with 66.7%, and timber and wood products with 65.1% again. In 1987 Japan’s construction market reached 61 trillion yen, accounting for about a quarter of the world’s construction market. In order to meet the situation of market competition both at home and abroad, the construction industry in Japan is now striving towards the goal of a highly industrial structure full of charm and vitality and adapting to the needs of the nation. Specific measures are mainly reflected
