急性感染 ,包括腹泻 ,与维生素 A(视黄醇 )缺乏有关。该文旨在研究志贺氏菌病患儿急性感染期尿视黄醇排泄是否与肾功能损害有关。病人和方法　以 1995年 5月～ 12月孟加拉国腹泻病国际研究中心的 66名志贺氏菌病男性患儿为研究对象 ,年龄 5个月～ 5岁 ,均有肉眼血便且未用抗生 Acute infections, including diarrhea, are related to vitamin A (retinol) deficiency. The purpose of this paper is to study whether acute exacerbation of urinary retinal excretion in children with Shigella is associated with impaired renal function. Patients and Methods Sixty-six male patients with Shigella flexneri from the Bangladesh International Research Center for Diarrheal Diseases (May-December 1995), aged 5 months to 5 years, were enrolled in this study.
