我厂在生产预应力砼构件时所使用的液压拉伸机,是依靠柱塞式高压油泵进行控制的,这种类型高压油泵任砼构件厂使用较普遍。我厂使用过的几种柱塞高压油泵的控制阀部分,均是由旋动手轮带动螺杆来压紧或放松钢珠或针阀,实现调节压力及液流方向的,用此种方式进行操纵控制,每进行一次张拉及卸荷动作,均要拧动相应的两组升压或降压手轮,进行四次操作动作。由于预应力砼构件生产时油泵的使用较频繁,阀体中钢珠或针阀体的摩擦接触部位极易磨损,使产生压力不足或泄压现象,因而经常需要对这些部位进行研磨啮合,以满足生产工艺的要求。
The hydraulic tensioning machine used by our factory to produce prestressed concrete components is controlled by a plunger-type high-pressure oil pump. This type of high-pressure oil pump is commonly used in any component plant.
