在社会主义市场经济日益发展之际,国有大中型书刊印刷厂如何才能摆脱困境,在竞争中取胜并再度辉煌,需要解决一系列的难题。比如,体制、机制、结构、技术改造、减轻负担,以至加强管理、练好内功等等。而全面提高职工素质,发挥国有大厂固有的人才优势,充分调动职工的积极性,也是一件带有决定性意义的大事。本文着重剖析印刷企业中高级技术人才这一层次的问题及解决办法。至于中、初级人才的问题,比照考虑就可以了。
At a time when the socialist market economy is growing day by day, how large and medium-sized state-owned book printing houses can get out of their predicament, to win and prosper in the competition, and to solve a series of problems? For example, the system, mechanism, structure, technological innovation, reduce the burden, and even strengthen management, improve internal strength and so on. However, it is also a matter of decisive significance to comprehensively improve the quality of staff and workers, give full play to the enthusiasm of staff and workers by giving full play to the inherent talent advantages of state-owned manufacturers. This article focuses on the printing enterprise senior technical personnel at this level of problems and solutions. As for the problems of junior and mid-level talents, we should consider the above considerations.
