装置负荷率对能耗或用能效率有颇大的影响。本文在分析了负荷率对能耗影响的一般规律基础上,按照散热、蒸汽、用电和其它等四个方面,深入剖析了各种设备与用能项目的效率和能耗随负荷率而变化的机理和规律,导出了相应的关联式。不仅有助于在理解的基础上,采取相应措施,减少因低负荷运行而致的能耗的增加。而且可以利用能量平衡数据定量估算在不同负荷率下运行时装置的能耗。
The plant load rate has a considerable impact on energy consumption or energy efficiency.
