自我效能感是指人们对自身完成既定行为目标所需的行动过程的组织和执行能力的判断,一般自我效能感是指个体应对不同环境的需求或面临新环境时的一种总体性的自信心。效能感理论认为,当人们面对压力、困难、挫折时,正是检验自我效能感的绝佳时机,个体应学会充分相信自己,最大限度地发挥自己的优势。本文拟结合天津市滨海新区大港第二中学思想品德学科教学实际,提出培养学生一般自我效能感的途径。
Self-efficacy refers to people’s judgments on the organization and execution ability of their own course of actions required to accomplish an established behavior goal. General self-efficacy refers to an overall self-confidence of an individual in response to different environmental needs or in a new environment . Theory of efficacy says that when people face pressure, difficulty and frustration, it is an excellent opportunity to test self-efficacy. Individuals should learn to fully believe in themselves and maximize their own advantages. This article intends to combine with the practice of moral education in Dangang Second Middle School, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, and puts forward ways to develop students’ general sense of self-efficacy.
