旅游业已经逐步成长为四川省的支柱型产业,入境游客数量和入境游客人均消费相比以前有一定幅度增加,但是入境游客,特别是英语国家游客对四川旅游满意度研究却较为少见。本文以来川英语国家游客为研究目标,重点研究其在川旅游的满意度,重点采用游客满意度相关知识、消费者行为学理论和旅游市场营销学理论,采用调查问卷分析法、专家访谈法和数据分析法研究来川英语国家入境旅游者满意度,其次根据存在的困难与瓶颈,提高来川旅游的英语国家游客满意度的相关对策。
Tourism has gradually grown into a pillar industry in Sichuan Province. The number of inbound tourists and the per capita spending of inbound tourists have increased by a certain margin compared with the previous years. However, the study on tourist satisfaction of inbound tourists, especially those from English-speaking countries, is rare. In this paper, Sichuan English-speaking countries tourists as the research goal, focusing on its satisfaction in tourism in Sichuan, focusing on the use of tourist satisfaction knowledge, consumer behavior theory and tourism marketing theory, the use of questionnaire analysis, expert interview and Data analysis is used to study the satisfaction of incoming tourists in Lai-chuan English-speaking countries. Secondly, according to the existing difficulties and bottlenecks, the countermeasures to improve the tourist satisfaction of travelers in English-speaking countries in Sichuan are proposed.
