目的 先兆流产患者采取地屈孕酮片治疗的临床效果.方法 本次研究主体人员为我院收治的60例先兆流产患者,选择时间段为2018年12月至2019年11月,随机将患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组30例;对照组肌注黄体酮注射液40mg/日,观察组口服地屈孕酮片首次40mg,之后每8小时10mg,观察两组患者腹痛及阴道流血情况.结果 对照组和观察组保胎成功率分别为86.6%和93.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者症状缓解时间、消失时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发
