为了深入研究折线配筋先张梁的力学性能,以Ansys有限元分析软件为工具,采用分离式模型,建立了基于三维实体预应力筋单元的折线配筋先张梁非线性有限元分析模型,分析了折点半径R对折点处应力状态的影响规律,对影响先张梁折点局部应力集中现象主要因素的预应力筋折点处圆曲线半径进行了优化;并综合考虑了工程实际中的构造要求等多方面因素后,选定R=600mm为预应力筋折点最优半径,为先张梁力学性能进一步的实验研究与理论分析打下了基础。
In order to study the mechanical properties of pre-tensioned beams with polygons, the finite element analysis model of pre-tensioned prestressed beams based on three-dimensional solid prestressed tendons was established by using Ansys finite element analysis software as a tool and a separate model. The influence law of the turning point radius R on the stress state at the turning point is optimized and the radius of the circular curve at the turning point of the prestressing tendon which is the main factor affecting the local stress concentration of the turning point of the preemptive beam is optimized. Considering structural requirements in engineering practice And other factors, selected R = 600mm as the optimal radius of the prestressing tendons, laying a foundation for further experimental research and theoretical analysis of the mechanical properties of the first beam.
