目的:通过简单、快捷的实验初步评价防感喷雾剂几种工艺样品的体外抗菌、镇痛、抗炎活性,为制备工艺筛选提供实验依据。方法:采用平皿钢圈法、小鼠醋酸扭体和二甲苯致耳廓肿胀实验,观察比较各样品的抗菌、镇痛和抗炎作用。结果:以金黄色葡萄球菌作为质控菌评价,其作用顺序为:青霉素钠>FG-4>FG-3>FG-1>FG-2;以同等生药剂量连续灌胃给药3 d,对小鼠醋酸致痛的抑制作用顺序为:ASP组>蓝芩口服液组>FG-1组≈FG-3组>FG-4组>FG-2组>双黄连口服液组;二甲苯致耳廓肿胀实验抑制作用顺序为:FG-3组>ASP组>FG-1组>FG-2组>FG-4组>双黄连口服液组>蓝芩口服液组。结论:新工艺FG-3样品不但保留原工艺FG-4样品的抗菌、镇痛、抗炎作用,且均有所增强,为防感喷雾剂的工艺筛选及改进提供了部分实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the antibacterial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of several anti-sense spray aerosol antimicrobial agents in vitro in a simple and quick way. Methods: The plate steel ring method, mouse acetic acid writhing and xylene-induced ear swelling experiments observed and compared the antibacterial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of each sample. Results: Staphylococcus aureus was used as the control bacterium to evaluate the effect of penicillin sodium> FG-4> FG-3> FG-1> FG-2. The inhibitory effect of acetic acid induced pain in mice was as follows: ASP group> Lanqin oral liquid group> FG-1 group ≈FG-3 group> FG-4 group> FG-2 group> Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid group; The order of swelling inhibition was FG-3> ASP> FG-1> FG-2> FG-4> Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid> Lanqin Oral Liquid. Conclusion: The new FG-3 sample not only preserves the antibacterial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the original FG-4 sample, but also enhances the screening of the anti-sense spray and provides some experimental evidence.
