目的了解重庆市蟑螂种群的分布和密度变化,为制定有效的蟑螂防治措施和预防控制虫媒传播疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法参照《病媒生物密度监测方法蜚蠊》(GB/T 23795-2009)进行,采用粘捕法。结果平均粘捕率为15.14%,平均侵害率为14.12%,呈逐年下降趋势,平均密度为0.77只/张,平均密度指数为5.06只/张,呈逐年上升趋势;全年高峰出现在6-9月间,10月开始下降;蟑螂侵害率和密度最高的为餐饮店和农贸市场。结论目前重庆市蟑螂侵害程度比较严重,化学防治仍是降低其密度最重要的手段之一,同时应结合种群特点和密度消长规律进行科学防治,将蟑螂密度保持和巩固在国家标准范围内。
Objective To understand the distribution and density changes of cockroach population in Chongqing and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of cockroaches and prevention and control of the occurrence of insect-borne diseases. The method is based on the “vector of organism density monitoring method cockroach” (GB / T 23795-2009), using sticky catching method. Results The average sticking capture rate was 15.14% and the average invasion rate was 14.12%, showing a declining trend year by year with an average density of 0.77 pcs per sheet and an average density index of 5.06 pcs per piece, showing an upward trend year by year. September, October began to decline; cockroaches infringement rate and density of the highest for the restaurant and farmers market. Conclusions At present, cockroaches in Chongqing are seriously infested. Chemical control is still one of the most important means to reduce their density. At the same time, scientific control should be carried out in combination with the characteristics of population and density, and the density of cockroaches should be maintained and consolidated within the national standard.
