针对45°角摆动刀头的五轴联动数控机床编制了后置处理程序,将该程序用VERICUT进行了仿真。仿真过程中主要出现了两个问题:刀具与工件发生干涉;加工斜孔需重新装夹工件,加工效率低。研究了这两个问题产生的原因,找出了解决的具体方法:增加提刀语句,使刀具与工作台旋转到下一个加工姿态时在上一个加工位置进刀;将孔加工语句翻译为直线走刀语句。并在后置处理程序中进行修改。最终在成飞试加工,加工结果符合加工要求。
A five-axis CNC machine tool with 45 ° angle swinging head was used to prepare the post-processing program. The program was simulated by VERICUT. There are mainly two problems in the simulation process: the tool and the workpiece interfere with each other; the workpiece needs to be re-installed when processing the inclined hole, and the processing efficiency is low. The causes of these two problems are studied, and the specific methods for solving the problems are found out: adding the knife raising statement to make the tool and the workbench rotate to the next working pose and then cutting in the previous processing position; Take the knife statement. And in the post-processing procedures to be modified. Final test in the flight, the processing results in line with processing requirements.
