本文报道,75mGy(12.5mGy/min)单次全身X射线照射后9小时用SRBC免疫C57BL/6小鼠,在免疫后4天和7天脾脏、胸腺和下丘脑cAMP含量均降低,而在免疫后4天脾脏去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和酪氨酸含量均增高,免疫后7天肾上腺素含量仍持续增高,当连续γ射线65mGy(0.015mGy/min,6h/d)全身照射小鼠后即刻或29小时后免疫,脾脏和下丘脑cMP含量也均降低。提示,低剂量照射小鼠,使免疫器官儿茶酚胺释放增加,cAMP代谢降低,可能导致淋巴细胞增殖和免疫功能增强。
Here, we report that C57BL / 6 mice were immunized with SRBC 9 hours after 75mGy (12.5mGy / min) single-body X-ray irradiation. The levels of cAMP in spleen, thymus and hypothalamus decreased at 4 and 7 days after immunization. The content of norepinephrine, epinephrine and tyrosine in the spleen increased 4 days after the immunization, and the content of epinephrine continued to increase 7 days after the immunization. When continuous γ-rays 65mGy (0.015mGy / min, 6h / d) Rats were immunized immediately or 29 hours later, and the cmp content in the spleen and hypothalamus also decreased. Tip, low-dose irradiation of mice, the release of immune organs increased catecholamines, cAMP reduced metabolism, may lead to lymphocyte proliferation and immune function enhancement.
