减水剂后掺法,即减水剂不是在混凝土或砂浆拌合时同水一起加入,而是在混凝土或砂浆拌合后经过一定的时间(一般在浇筑前)才将减水剂加入。这可克服拌合物运输途中的分层离析和坍落度损失,减水剂的作用也有所提高,在配合比和流动性相同情况下后掺法减水剂的用量可减少三分之一左右(1),减水剂后掺法技术简单,效果显著,但作用机理还很不清楚。它涉及到水泥浆体结构和水化理论,涉及到减水剂的作用机理,这是至今尚未统一认识的问题。为了更好地掌握和运用减水剂后掺法,笔者在对减水剂掺入顺序和掺入方法进行了一定量试验的基
