为了推动我国医疗卫生事业的持续发展,同时为了解决百姓看病难,缓解医患矛盾等原因,我国在近几年不断推动医疗事业改革。在新型医改实施的背景之下,公立医院要想在未来复杂多变的医疗市场环境之中维系自身的竞争力,必须依托其内部管理模式的转型,其中的重要方法之一就是实施成本管理的精益化。本文通过对公立医院成本精益化管理的特点和意义进行梳理分析,并与结合目前公立医院实施成本精益化管理所存在的问题和挑战进行阐述,为公立医院实现成本的精益化管理提出一些具体的建议。
