姬松茸菇(Agricusbiazei murivill)食用味道鲜美可口,具有杏仁香味;姬松茸菇还可作为提高免疫功能、抗癌、抗凝血、降血脂、安神等药用,是药食兼用的好菇种,因而价格昂贵。为了更好地开发利用姬松茸菇,我们对它的营养成分进行了分析测定,现将结果初报如下: 一、材料和方法 (一)供试菌种 姬松茸菇菌种从日本引进。 (二)分析方法 将菇在75℃下烘干、粉碎过一定的筛备用。粗蛋白、菇体含磷量、灰分粗纤维、粗脂肪等用常规的化学方法测定;钾含量用640火焰光度计测定;氨基酸用日立835-50型氨基酸分析仪测定;其他矿质元素含量采用WFX-1F2B型原子吸收分光光度计测定;多糖测定,采用加40倍重量的蒸馏水加热至沸后水浴浸提4小时,水浴蒸干,浓缩离心,取上清液加相当于清液3倍量的95%乙醇进行边加入乙醇边搅拌直至糊状,然后分别用无水乙醇、丙酮多次洗涤沉降物,最后干燥称重并取一定量采用俬酮比色法测定多糖。
