中国科学院光电技术研究所和机电部东方机床厂联合研制成功大型火焰切割机数控系统,已在贵州通过技术鉴定。其各项技术指标均达到联帮德国梅萨公司产品的水平。其精度高,误差为±0.3mm,重复误差为±0.2mm,切割误差达±0.2mm。该系统为高微机控制。割炬能自动寻址,自动定位,还可以在几秒钟内自动改变工作方式。如从切割工作自动改为打标记工作,或喷粉划线工作等。伺服系统用双边同步伺服,对大轨距(6m以上)切割机依然能保证切割成形粒度。系统还具有电容高度
