5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)是调节机体生命活动的重要分子。在肥胖等代谢性疾病的治疗中,通过调控中枢5-HT系统抑制食欲的传统模式存在较大的局限性。近年来,有关外周5-HT系统调节能量代谢的研究取得了较大进展。研究发现,外周5-HT参与调节脂肪细胞脂肪形成与能量消耗、胰岛β细胞胰岛素分泌及肝脏糖原合成等过程。本文就5-HT对外周重要能量代谢调节组织的调控作用进行综述,以期为代谢综合征的干预提供新思路。
5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) is an important molecule that regulates the life activities of the body. In the treatment of obesity and other metabolic diseases, the traditional model of suppressing appetite by regulating the central 5-HT system has great limitations. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research on energy metabolism regulation of peripheral 5-HT system. The study found that peripheral 5-HT is involved in the regulation of adipocyte adipogenesis and energy expenditure, pancreatic β-cell insulin secretion and liver glycogen synthesis. This review summarizes the role of 5-HT in regulating the regulation of peripheral energy metabolism in order to provide new ideas for the intervention of metabolic syndrome.
