目的:研究中药汤剂煎服方法对药效的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院在2009年3月至2014年1月间收治的42例服用中药汤剂患者的临床资料,根据不同的煎煮方式,将患者分为两组,每组各21例患者,对照组仅用自来水煎煮,不考虑其他因素,观察组对药物的浸泡、用水、煎煮、火候以及服用方法进行把关,煎煮后予以患者服用,并分析中药汤剂煎服方法对药效的影响以及取得的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者经治疗后,均取得较好的治疗效果,且治疗效果明显优于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正确的煎煮方法有利于增强药效,改善患者病情。对中药汤剂进行煎煮时,要考虑到药物浸泡、用水量、煎煮方法以及火候等多个因素。
Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction decoction on the efficacy. Methods: The clinical data of 42 patients taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction treated in our hospital from March 2009 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.
