阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,该病夜间反复发生睡眠打鼾、睡眠结构紊乱,以致日间嗜睡、多梦、头痛、烦躁、记忆力下降等症状为主要临床表现.针灸治疗OSAHS可有效缓解临床表现,降低机体损伤,且不良反应较少.且较现代医学呼吸机及手术治疗而言,患者依从性和接受性较好.对近年来针灸治疗OSAHS的文献进综合概述,以期为临床诊疗提供参考.
