单框架控制力矩陀螺是天宫一号目标飞行器的关键姿态控制执行部件.2011年9月,单框架控制力矩陀螺随天宫一号目标飞行器成功发射,在轨工作平稳、表现出色,圆满成功完成了天宫一号姿态控制、交会对接任务、组合体姿态控制等全部在轨任务,进入扩展任务阶段.本文介绍了单框架控制力矩陀螺的任务需求、设计方案,详细阐述了其关键技术——长寿命转子轴系技术的设计与验证情况.天宫一号单框架控制力矩陀螺实现了我国自主研发单框架控制力矩陀螺的首次在轨应用,其设计、研制及长寿命转子轴系技术的攻克与验证,对我国其他型号用单框架控制力矩陀螺设计与研制,具有重要的借鉴意义.
