采用SIMPACK多体动力学软件对CRH2型动车组失稳特征进行仿真分析计算。计算了CRH2型动车组的临界速度和蛇行频率,并对CRH2型动车组在不同速度下车体、构架指定位置横向振动加速度时域信号进行频域分析,对比分析蛇行频率与车体、构架能量集中频率,以此评判车体、构架指定位置能否作为CRH2型动车组失稳测点。研究提出,不应以单一加速度幅值阈值作为评判动车组运行品质优劣的决定条件,应当考虑车辆、线路的综合情况作出全面的判定。
SIMPACK multibody dynamics software is used to simulate and calculate the instability characteristics of CRH2 EMU. The CRH2 EMU’s critical speed and meandering frequency are calculated, and the frequency domain analysis of transverse vibration acceleration of CRH2 EMU at given speed is done in frequency domain. Focus on frequency, in order to judge the body, the structure of the designated location as a CRH2 type EMU instability point. The study suggests that the single acceleration amplitude threshold should not be used as a criterion to judge the running quality of EMU, and comprehensive judgment should be made considering the comprehensive situation of vehicles and routes.
