为了探索在液体环境下磁流体密封的可行性,本文就水压对磁流体密封寿命的影响进行了研究。理论上推导出由水压引起的两种液体界面圆弧圆心角与界面处剪切力之间关系的解析表达式,设计、安装了密封液体用直立式磁流体密封试验台。在试验台上试验了三种水压下的磁流体密封寿命。理论和试验表明,密封寿命随水压升高而下降。水压为0.15MPa时的密封寿命与水压为0.05 MPa时的密封寿命相比下降明显。对液体环境下磁流体密封具有实用价值。
In order to explore the feasibility of magnetic fluid seal in liquid environment, this paper studies the influence of hydraulic pressure on the magnetic fluid seal life. Theoretically, the analytical expression of the relationship between the circular arc central angle of the two liquid interfaces and the shear force at the interface caused by water pressure is deduced. An upright magnetic fluid seal test rig for sealing liquid is designed and installed. Magnetic fluid seal life under three hydraulic pressures was tested on the test bench. Theoretical and experimental results show that the sealing life decreases with the increase of water pressure. When the water pressure is 0.15MPa, the sealing life drops obviously compared with the sealing life when the water pressure is 0.05MPa. Magnetic fluid seal liquid environment has practical value.
