本文采用扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同烧结工艺和不同热处理制度的ZrO_2-2mol%Y_2O_3及ZrO_2-6mol%Y_2O_3陶瓷的显微组织、晶体结构进行了观察和分析。结果表明:ZrO_2-2mol%Y_2O_3试样出1300,1350,1400,1450℃烧结后,其组织为单一的四方相,而经1500,1600℃烧结后为四方和单斜混合相。此时,单斜相内几乎全是孪晶,而四方相内则存在着位错。ZrO_2-6mol%Y_2O_3试样经1600℃烧结后,再于1300,1400,1500℃时效,其组织为立方相基体上分布着沿特定方向共格析出的透镜片状四方相粒子。
In this paper, the microstructure and crystal structure of ZrO_2-2mol% Y_2O_3 and ZrO_2-6mol% Y_2O_3 ceramics with different sintering processes and different heat treatment systems were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure of ZrO_2-2mol% Y_2O_3 after sintering at 1300, 1350, 1400 and 1450 ℃ is a single tetragonal phase, while the tetragonal and monoclinic phases are sintered at 1500 and 1600 ℃. At this point, almost all the monoclinic phase twin, and the Quartet there is a dislocation. ZrO_2-6mol% Y_2O_3 samples were sintered at 1600 ℃ and then aged at 1300, 1400 and 1500 ℃. The microstructure of the samples was characterized by the distribution of tetragonal tetragonal particles in the cube along the specific direction.
