案例申诉人陈某原系某公司职工。2000年11月20日被诉人该公司以劳动合同即将在12月31日到期为由通知陈某到期终止劳动合同。陈某的劳动合同是由公司统一保管的。陈某在取回自己的劳动合同时,发现在劳动合同期限上有明显改动的痕迹。在陈某多次与公司交涉未果的情况下,一纸诉状诉到当地仲裁委员会,要求公司继续履行劳动合同。经仲裁委审理
