下运带式输送机是煤矿生产中重要的运输设备之一,其制动系统的可靠性是保证带式输送机安全制动的关键问题,盘式制动系统因其结构简单、技术成熟、控制方便和价格低廉等突出优点,得到了广泛的应用.根据盘式制动控制系统的总体结构和控制方案,对盘式制动装置电液比例控制系统进行分析研究.先介绍系统的工作原理,并建立系统的数学模型,然后对系统动态性能进行仿真研究,最后对其进行PID校正及PID参数优化,使系统的动、静态性能更好,以满足盘式制动系统的控制要求.研究表明,PID校正和PID参数优化具有良好的适应性和有效性,采用此方法可以提高电液比例控制系统的综合性能.

Because of its simple structure and mature technology, Control convenience and low price, etc. It has been widely used.According to the overall structure and control scheme of disc brake control system, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system of disc brake is analyzed and studied.Firstly, the working principle of the system is introduced. , And establish a mathematical model of the system, and then simulate the dynamic performance of the system, and finally PID calibration and PID parameters optimization, so that the dynamic and static performance of the system better in order to meet the control requirements of the disc brake system. It shows that the PID correction and PID parameter optimization have good adaptability and validity. Using this method can improve the comprehensive performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.
