目前国内对有瓣膜损害风心病患者的风湿活动的判断标准尚未完全统一。1975～1979年,我科采用Jones标准,自1980年后我们采用Jones标准并参照“七条”标准之一进行判断。现就我科1975～1983年收治的245例风心病病例作如下分析,以评价对有瓣膜损害风心病患者的风湿活动的判断标准。一般资料:我科1975年1月至1983年12月经临床、实验室或放射科等检查确诊为风心病患者共245例,占同期内科880例心脏病住院人数的27.8％。245例中,41～50岁者较多占31.8％,男女之比为1:
