近年来,伴随保险业的迅速发展,行业诚信问题也日益成为人们关注的焦点,特别是寿险销售误导问题,更是制约着保险业的进一步发展。本文从保险人与代理人之间的委托代理关系角度分析了寿险销售误导问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,以促进保险业更好发展。
In recent years, along with the rapid development of the insurance industry, the problem of industry integrity has increasingly become the focus of attention. In particular, the misleading issue of life insurance sales restricts the further development of the insurance industry. This paper analyzes the reasons for misleading sales of life insurance from the perspective of principal-agent relationship between the insurer and the agent, and puts forward corresponding solutions to promote the development of the insurance industry.
