正交异性钢桥面板在车辆荷载的直接作用下,很容易疲劳开裂。本文以西铜高速改扩建项目为依托,对聂冯立交钢箱梁正交异性钢桥面板盖板与纵肋连接处、横隔板挖孔边缘、纵肋拼接段等疲劳细节进行了现场测试。对测试数据进行了详尽分析,结果显示出各疲劳细节部位的纵向应力影响线都较短;车辆作用的横向位置对疲劳细节部位的应力影响较大。对铺装前后疲劳细节部位应力幅进行了对比,发现桥面铺装有效的降低了疲劳细节部位的应力水平。
Orthotropic steel deck in the vehicle under the direct action of load, it is easy to fatigue cracking. In this paper, West copper high-speed reconstruction project as the basis, on the Nie Feng steel box girder steel box girder orthotropic steel deck slab and longitudinal rib junction, the edge of the hole digging diaphragm, longitudinal rib splicing section and other fatigue details of the field test. The test data were analyzed in detail. The results showed that the longitudinal stress influence lines of the fatigue details were all short. The lateral position of the vehicle had a greater influence on the stress of fatigue details. The stress amplitude of fatigue detail before and after pavement was compared and it was found that the deck pavement effectively reduced the stress level of fatigue detail.
