恒流源偏置磁悬浮轴承结合了永磁偏置磁悬浮轴承的低功耗性和传统主动磁悬浮轴承的磁场可控性。为了验证恒流源偏置磁悬浮轴承的低功耗性,首先研究了恒流源偏置磁悬浮轴承的工作原理和理论静态功耗,然后使用了结构和性能参数基本相同的恒流源偏置磁悬浮轴承和传统主动磁悬浮轴承,利用高精度功率分析仪测量了两种磁悬浮轴承试验系统的静态功耗,试验结果表明,恒流源偏置磁悬浮轴承系统比传统主动磁悬浮轴承系统节约了40%左右的静态功耗,与理论计算基本一致。
