Fluorescence and UV spectroscopy were used to investigate the effect of fluoride on membrane lipid and membrane protein in rat kidney mitochondria. The sodium fluoride concentration of 10 (-1) ~ 10 ~ (-3) M did not affect the fluidity and the polarity of the membrane lipid significantly, but changed the spectral characteristics of membrane protein and cytochrome c, which might be related to the structure of aromatic amino acids Or changes in the location of the space.
