发现氧自由基对生命的氧化损伤及其对抗方法,是本世纪抗衰老医学的重大成果。研究发现,自由基的氧化作用能破坏细胞中的遗传基因使其变性坏死;能攻击细胞膜,使其失去功能并释放出不稳定的敏感物质,损害免疫功能。氧自由基的不断损害,是机体衰老和发生众多疾病的重大原因。因此,对抗自由基的氧化作用,就成为延缓衰老、改善亚健康的重要方法。
It is a major achievement of anti-aging medicine in this century to find out the oxidative damage of oxygen free radicals to life and its countermeasures.
