目的 :探讨凋亡抑制基因和凋亡促进基因bax表达与肝癌生物学行为的关系及对肝癌预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化LSAB法测定 40例肝癌细胞和 16例正常肝组织的bcl -2和bax蛋白表达水平。结果 :bcl -2及bax蛋白表达率在正常肝组织及肝细胞癌分别为 12 5 %、45 0 %、87 5 %、5 2 5 % ,两组间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。bcl-2、bax蛋白表达与肿瘤病理分级、分期、淋巴结转移及患者预后相关。结论 :bcl-2和bax蛋白的表达参与了肝癌的发生及进展 ,并存在相互作用的关系。bcl -2蛋白表达在肝癌有独立预后价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-inhibiting gene and apoptosis-promoting gene bax expression and biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The expression of bcl-2 and bax protein in 40 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 16 cases of normal liver tissues were determined by immunohistochemical LSAB method. RESULTS: The expression rates of bcl-2 and bax protein in normal liver tissue and hepatocellular carcinoma were 125%, 45%, 87%, and 525%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). ). The expression of bcl-2 and bax protein was correlated with tumor pathological grade, stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Conclusion : The expression of bcl-2 and bax protein is involved in the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma and there is an interaction between them. Bcl-2 protein expression has an independent prognostic value in liver cancer.
