1988年选长沙市某瓷厂幼儿同3~6岁幼儿109钙(男52,女57人),在枕部剪1.0克头发,用ICPSS—V型中阶梯光栅光电直读仪测定。本研究结果表明,幼儿发镉随年龄增加而直接增加,发锌则相反。按血红蛋白<10克分组时,则发镉和发锌异常(高)检出率均显著高于血红蛋白≥11克组(P<0.05)。按发镉是否超过0.045ppm(正常值上限)将幼儿分两组,则发锌值显著有差别(P<0.05),
In 1988, a porcelain factory in Changsha City, Changsha, with 3 to 6-year-old children 109 calcium (52 males and 57 females), cut in the occipital hair 1.0 grams, with ICPSS-V-type ladder grating photoelectric direct reading instrument measured.
