过敏性紫癜是小儿时期一种较常见的综合征。病因不甚清楚,一般认为和变态反应有关。根据有些地区的统计,近年来发病率有所增长。对有些并发肾小球肾炎者预后不佳,可发展至慢性肾功能衰竭。为了解本综合征的临床与预后,现将1960年9月至1978年8月的104例病儿作一临床分析。 Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a more common syndrome in childhood.
