由國际著名室内设计公司SLD（全称︰Steve Leung Designers Ltd.，梁志天设计师有限公司）倾力打造的香港住宅项目“九肚山峰 kau to HIGHLAND”，位处新界传统豪宅地段九肚山之上，是区内唯一的纯洋房设计项目，尽显户主的尊尚气度，代表身份及财富的象征。
65号别墅为四房双套房设计，总面积约254平方米。设计以黑与灰交织出摩登时尚格调，简洁利落的线条勾勒出型格的气息；在设计师的精心布置下，让空间绽放时尚魅力，为户主打造出现代型格的品味居停。
通过入户花园，踏着灰色云石地台进入客饭厅，暖灰色木墙身与黑色高光红酒柜墙互相映衬，加上Minotti浅灰沙发、同品牌餐椅，共同营造雅致而富时尚的氛围。整个空间在艺术挂画、金色灯具饰品点缀下，更显个性化魅力。户主可在配备国际品牌设备的超大厨房尽享入厨之乐，或步至花园休憩，享受自然体验。倘大的落地玻璃窗将户外的醉人景致与室内融为一体，品味盎然。
拾级而上，一楼全层铺上浅啡色木地台，设计师巧妙地以香槟金条子帘幕划出阅读工作区，与毗连的休闲区组成家庭厅空间，让户主一家乐聚天伦，或因应需要灵活改变空间用途。主人睡房贯彻整体设计，灰色墙身和黑色家具衬上蓝色富质感的床品和深色地毯，散发趋时的感觉。卧区与特大的Molteni & C衣帽间以玻璃分隔，增强空间的通透感又不失连贯性。主人浴室内，白云石地台、黑云石墙身与高级品牌卫浴设施互相辉映，打造摩登雅致的卫浴空间。设计师以同样的手法打造同层的两间睡房，色调与主卧室相若，感觉时尚优雅。
顶层天台花园同样设有烧烤区，让户主及亲友可在此尽情享受闲逸欢聚的时光。
总体而言，设计师以现代设计手法，为户主打造饶富品位的时尚雅墅，展现户主非凡的生活品味。
Crafted by the world-renowned interior design company， Steve Leung Designer Ltd. （SLD）， kau to HIGHLAND is the only mansion houses project that locates in the traditional premier area of New territories - at the hilltop of Kau To. Kau to HIGHLAND is a luxurious abode that reflects the high class status of the dwellers.
65 Lai Ping Road is a luxury house that features four bedrooms with double en-suites， covering a total area of 254 square meters. A perfect combination of modern black and grey with clean lines exudes a modern elegance of the mansion. The designer meticulously designs the house from a prestigious yet stylish perspective.
Walking through the garden and entering the house， guests are greeted with greyish white marble with grey veneer wall and a black high-gloss wine cabinet in the living and dining room， conjuring up a luxurious yet enjoyable homey abode. The Minotti light grey sofa and dining chairs evoke a classy elegance essence. The decorated art piece and gold circular chandelier also discern the unique charm of the hosts. The hosts could enjoy a culinary experience in a spacious kitchen which is well equipped with branded cooking appliances or enjoy an extensive natural environment in the balcony garden.
Stepping up to the first floor， the entire area is paved with brownish wood flooring. The designer skillfully divided the corridor into a semi-open reading and working area by champagne gold stripes， demonstrating possible ways that the hosts can flexibly adapt and transform the interior space according to different needs and preference. The master bedroom features a grey backdrop， sophisticated black furniture， blue accessories and dark carpet， offering a trendy yet cozy environment. The adjoining Molteni & C walk-in closet is separated by a glass door， further enhancing the sense of spaciousness and coherence of the room. The master bathroom is covered with white marble flooring and black marble on the wall， creating a modern yet elegant private space for the owner. The other two bedrooms on the same floor follow the overall design， illustrating a fashionable yet comfortable abode.
The rooftop garden also has a barbecue area， providing a enjoyable greenery space for the household and guests.
The designer perfectly adopts a contemporary approach for the mansion design， offering the hosts an ideal abode of comfort and luxury.
