为了解由甘草、五味子、葛根等中药按照一定比例组成的中药复方消精散的体外抗氧化性及抑菌能力,试验采用管碟法对消精散进行沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的药物敏感性试验,同时还进行了体外抗氧化试验。结果表明:消精散对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌活性,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为250 mg/m L,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为62.5 mg/m L。消精散对氧自由基(O-2)及羟自由基(·OH)的清除率均低于茶多酚;对DPPH自由基的清除率也低于茶多酚,但在体积为0.6 m L以后清除率逐渐趋于稳定。说明消精散具有抑菌活性和抗氧化作用。
