研究了热处理温度对亚共晶成分高铬铸铁组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,随加热温度的升高,高铬铸铁组织出现二次碳化物的析出与重溶现象,并且当二次碳化物的析出与重溶达到平衡时,材料的硬度出现峰值。
The effect of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and hardness of hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron was studied. The results show that with the increase of heating temperature, the precipitation and re-dissolution of secondary carbides appear in the high chromium cast iron, and the hardness of the material peaks when the precipitation and re-dissolution of the secondary carbides reach equilibrium.
