以45SrDNA为探针,获得了草棉体、亚洲棉体细胞染色体的荧光原位杂交(FISH)资料。从rDNA FISH实验结果看,草棉有6个杂交信号,也显示了3对核仁组织区(NOR),分别位于第3、9、13对同源染色体上;亚洲棉有4个杂交信号,显示了2对NOR,分别位于第6、13对同源染色体上。草棉、亚洲棉基于45SrDAN FISH的核型分别为:2n=2x=26=20m(4sat)+6sm(2sat)和2n=2x=26=26m(4sat)。
Using 45S rDNA as probe, we obtained the data of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) on the chromosomes of cotton body and Asian cotton body. According to the results of rDNA FISH experiment, there are 6 hybridization signals in cotton grass and 3 pairs of nucleolar organizer regions (NOR), located on the 3rd, 9th and 13th pairs of homologous chromosomes respectively. There are 4 hybridization signals in Asian cotton, Two pairs of NORs are shown on the 6th and 13th pairs of homologous chromosomes, respectively. The karyotypes of cotton and Asian cotton based on 45SrDAN FISH were: 2n = 2x = 26 = 20m (4sat) + 6sm (2sat) and 2n = 2x = 26 = 26m (4sat).
