提升机传统的调速方式是靠加速接触器分级切除绕线式异步电动机转子电路外加电阻来实现的。这种调速方式噪声大、事故率高、维修量和耗电量大。我们在240kW提升机上用调速硅开关取代接触器,投入使用两年来,安全运转无事故,收到了良好的效果。一、硅开关的组成及加速盘的改制在提升机传统的调速电路(图1)中,接触器1JC~8JC是利用各自短封相关段落电阻来实现提升机变速的。
