研究3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵粗产品的萃取提纯及萃取剂的再生。考察了不同萃取剂对粗产品的萃取提纯,结果表明,萃取剂HYT能够显著降低产品中的主要杂质环氧氯丙烷和1,3-二氯-2-丙醇的含量,萃取后两种杂质含量分别为14.8和25.0 mg/kg。研究了温度、碱的种类、碱的浓度及反应时间对萃取剂HYT再生反应的影响,确立了再生反应最适宜条件,即:在120℃下,用质量分数为6.5%的NaOH溶液将回收萃取剂皂化反应3 h。
To study the extraction and purification of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride crude product and extractant regeneration. The effects of different extractants on the extraction and purification of the crude product were investigated. The results showed that the extractant HYT could significantly reduce the content of epichlorohydrin and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol in the product, The contents were 14.8 and 25.0 mg / kg, respectively. The effects of temperature, alkali type, alkali concentration and reaction time on the regeneration of extractant HYT were studied. The most suitable conditions for the regeneration reaction were established. The optimum conditions for the regeneration reaction were as follows: the extract was extracted by NaOH solution with mass fraction of 6.5% at 120 ℃, Saponification reaction 3 h.
